A few days after getting a BA in English, I headed to Europe, broke but ready for whatever came next.  The summer stretched into years and developed into a career in international business.  I was working in New York when I met a guy on a plane, headed west, and married him.  Since then I’ve been an entrepreneur and have started, developed and sold lots of different kinds of businesses, investing profits in real estate.  Through all my twists and turns, writing has been my best business tool and a creative outlet for me personally.
